Winter netball is a 15-game season. Teams 12U-Opens may also have three weeks of finals following 15 rounds of games.
Once registrations are closed, we begin grading our teams. At the completion of grading our grading committee begins the mammoth task of compiling teams for all ages. This takes time and care. Once finalised, players will be notified by email advising their team and coach.
This is subject to change dependant on number of players, teams, coaches etc.
Netball is a Winter sport. Games will go ahead, even in inclement weather. This includes wind, rain and cold. If at any time weather is deemed dangerous (i.e.: lightning in the proximity etc.), then games may be cancelled for the safely of players, officials and spectators.
The association will contact us if any games are to be cancelled and we will notify coaches. Please do not contact SDNA or Jetz to ask.
Please refer to the SDNA Policies & Procedures for further information.

All piercings must be removed prior to netball games. SDNA do not allow tape over piercings. The only 'jewellery' permitted to be worn during a game is a medic alert bracelet or wedding ring, which must be taped for safety. This rule applies for all ages from NSG to Opens and is for the safety of all players.
